THE CELLO SANG

Welcome back everyone, everywhere,

Another Christmas has come and gone. I am sure credit cards got a good workout. Anyway I hope it was peaceful.

Okay, on we go, heading for a new year, 2014, wow.  So  my resolution is to fight harder to get my stories out, write more, play smarter, feel more.

Now it is our time to close your eyes and thoughts if only for a moment…. and rest. No story today, just some inspiration.

WINDY SNOWY DAYimages

Looking out my window, snow blowing off my trees, it danced for me in the wind. In my mind I felt a symphony in my soul. For this passion of moment, I smiled and knew in my heart the journey had only begun.

THE END OF THE SONG

HI EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE,

It seems to me, people are hurrying along so fast, trying to make the holidays happy, I don’t know why it takes the season of festivities to make someone seem jovial. Well it’s for the kids, it must be good… For those of you who will be alone on Christmas, you are not, all you have to do, if you feel alone, talk to me, .. our way.. close your eyes and your sad thoughts if only for a moment… and rest.  I have spent many Christmases alone. There is nothing about loneliness I have not known. But now we have each other, and I promise if ” you” don’t quit trying, neither will I, ….

Until we talk again, peace be with you all. …  I will leave you with a couple more lines of…

Now Jenny and George down the street. I’ve known them a very long time. When I go by their place, old George is playing one of my favourites,’Moonlight Seranade’ by the great ” GLENN MILLER”. He loves big band jazz. He liked to have one or two back in the day and ‘ conduct the stereo’. He’s still very good at it even without the nip or two……

That is it for now!

A CRUSHING HUG OF LAUGHTER

HI EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE,

This week has been a whirlwind of excitement. First, our band  ‘ Soulful Noize’ opened International Day of Differently Abled. And then it turns out we have made the paper. No kidding. Saturday paper there we are. Anyway, let us move on… wait, when I LOOK AT THIS BAND, it is hard to believe, all of us on stage, except for TOMMY, are brain injured. These men play with a focus that humbles me. Okay for sure now that’s it.

As time goes on, my web has had over 800 hits and my blog over 600 hits, and still unpublished. I’ll tell you what…. we have only begun. You all know it is only a matter of time. I will not be silenced, I have so many tales yet to tell.

NOW IT IS OUR TIME TO CLOSE OUR EYES AND OUR THOUGHTS, if only for a moment…. and rest. Until next we talk, here is some fun with

The bakery- – Mr. Hummel owns it. I love the cookies and bread. Because it only happens once a year, last year, I said I’d help him. You think making cookies is easy? Four on the shelf, six in my pocket, it was hard to keep up. I told Mr. Hummel to slow down because the cookies in my pocket were breaking. So ended my career as Rossi Brown Copeland  master baker.

That’s it for now.

STORM’S COMING

HI EVERYONE EVERYWHERE,

I was going to change my website story but with all the festivities coming up I will leave it a little longer. So I hope this finds you all well. On Tuesday my band ‘SOULFUL NOIZE has been asked to play for the  mayor of Red Deer and other dignitaries. It is quite an honour.  This will kick off International Day of Angels With Disabilities.

Now for sure, join me, if only for a moment, close your eyes and your thoughts and …rest.  Now, my friends, a little magic or something.. Here is a bit more of

Around the bend, all Tully saw was light, not our light, but rather a haze of gold light. Tully followed, although Josie let him feel as if …oh yes..as if he was taking her. And as they entered that haze it became sunny, calm, yet eerily a dusting of beautiful. And all Tully could sense was this sway or push of the breeze…and lilacs…

That is it until next we meet. Peace go with you all, good night.
